Shipping & Processing Time

I am one person so proccessing times are varied based on my travel schedule and order que. 

RTS items - can take up to 2 weeks to process
MTO items - can take 2-9 weeks to process

If you have an event you need an item for please message before purchase to ensure I can get it to you in time/discuss rush order fees. 

 

International Shipping

International Shipping standard is 4-6 weeks, Expedited 1-3 weeks.

I offer international shipping to most of the world. I can no longer ship to the EU due to GSPR regulations.

 

Shipping Disclaimers

Once the package leaves my hands I cannot guarantee any timeline, but the approximate time given by the shipping carrier. All packages are shipped ground saver unless otherwise discussed. If you would like to request UPS, FEDEX, or other shipping companies PLEASE contact me *before* purchasing.

All packages are insured for damages and loss but once a package is marked 'Delivered' nothing can be done, unless you pay for signature confirmation. If you have problems with package theft, I recommend you opt for signature confirmation or contact your local post office to do a package hold.

Please double check your shipping address as I use what information is entered at checkout. If you realize the information is incorrect please immediately message me and I will do my best to correct the address if the package has not been mailed out. If the package has already been mailed I can not adjust the address.

If a package is returned to me due to an address error you can get a refund, not including shipping OR pay for reshipment. Shipping rates are going up and up and unfortunately I can no longer afford to cover the cost of redelivery.

Return Policy

All items are final sale.

In the rare case that a return exception is made, the amount refunded will be ONLY the price of the item, shipping cost willl not be refunded.

If an item is broken upon arrival please contact me and you can return the piece or send it for a repair, I will cover shipping once.

If an item does not fit it can be exchanged for size adjustment/replacement or returned, buyer covers shipping cost.
